The primary responsibilities for this role include the following:
- Providing expert level diagnostics and troubleshooting to maintain software and hardware for our customers.
- Setting up and resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, server systems, Office365 tenants, and using remote desktop software and on site visits to resolve issues.
- Documenting service calls, processes, and relevant data.
- Assisting with the creating and proposal of new solutions to clients.
- Reviewing and responding to service requests in a timely and respectful manner.
- Managing IT improvement projects and implementations.
- Monitoring endpoints for malicious software, files, scripts, etc.
- Managing patching and updates for all endpoints.
- Training end users on hardware and software functionality.
- Assisting with the creating and proposal of new solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience providing support within IT industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects to meet set deadlines.
- Positive attitude who brings creativity and collaboration to the team.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in operating systems.
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Office 365
