The primary areas of focus include translating HR priorities into comprehensive project plans and creating communication plans to support our colleague experience, culture and drive the WTW strategy.

The Role
Project management
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to build and execute well-structured project plans.
- Translate HR priorities/activities into comprehensive project plans
- Monitor progress of projects, escalating and mitigating project risks and issues. Create accountability structures for project teams and managing projects towards deadlines. Facilitate project team meetings with ownership and accountability of key pieces.
- Identify and collaborate with internal stakeholders including other project management resources inside and outside the HR function to ensure appropriate connections are made between projects and initiatives.
Project communications
- In collaboration with HR leadership, plan, compose and distribute communication through various channels (e.g., email messaging, video scripts, Teams site, Intranet, webinars) to position programs and initiatives.
- Identify sustainable ways to collaborate with other teams to align messaging around initiatives and drive forward our vision and strategic priorities.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
Broad HRLT Team support
- Work autonomously and fluidly across a broad function in a collaborative, communicative manner supporting multiple projects and activities.
- Represent and propose planning/ideas in visually appealing, thoughtful, and articulate ways.
- Understand principles and objectives of HR functional priorities.
- Proven project management experience
- Prior HR experience an advantage
- Skilled in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Growth mindset

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000-$120,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
