This role requires strong business acumen, in-depth understanding of strategic talent acquisition delivery models, sales, and the ability to groom and develop high performing teams. Additionally, the Practice Director will foster a culture of accountability and excellence by being the market leader in business continuance delivery for their industry.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare annual strategic business plan that drives incremental growth of practice revenue and profitability. Leads the team in following plans for growth.
- Manage the practice P&L and assigned KPIs to meet or exceed expectations.
- Leverage insights and industry knowledge to further own and team development and success, including sales.
- Lead the identification and creation of solutions to support practice capabilities.
- Responsible for line of business delivery performance and driving strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage practice team meetings and activities to ensure productivity and performance metrics are met.
- Provide recruiting / sourcing support across the practice team members when necessary.
- Provide sales leadership and sales support in collaboration with the sales team including lead management for the practice.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts (mushroom) – anchor and maintain categorized accounts.
- Review, refine and standardize processes and reporting across the practices.
- Collaborate with assigned business development professionals to expand sales, branding, and service offerings.
- Guide and direct optimal delivery execution including order assignment, team utilization and order fulfillment.
- Develop and participate in regional networking, sales meetings, and related industry events.
- Coach and motivate delivery team including performance management, effective goal setting, and career development.
- Audit and monitor staff activities to ensure compliance with WunderLand Group processes and procedures.
- Facilitate “Open to Work” conversations initiated by the sales team
- Lead top client reviews and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, gaining knowledge of their areas of responsibilities and their talent acquisition needs.
- Quickly recognize and act upon business trends.
- Contribute as a key member of the WunderLand Group leadership team to support overall company goals and initiatives. Effectively use company management tools, participate in trainings, and positively represent the WunderLand Group brand.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful leading, coaching and developing delivery teams in the staffing industry with a book of business over $15 million
- 10 years of recruitment delivery experience.
- Must have worked in a metrics / quota driven environment.
- Experience in coaching and developing a team of delivery professionals.
- Ability to provide clear direction to build the team and effectively delegate.
