Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson Studios is seeking for a DCO Production Lead to help oversee the daily operations of the growing DCO department within the company. You willhelp grow the presence and knowledge of departmental capacitiesboth within and outside the organization. This role will manage a team of developers, AdOps managers, and project managers.
What you'll do:

Thought Leadership: You willbring expertise on DCO execution, providing guidance on best practices and workflow improvements, tools, andinnovativepractices.

Define:Work directly with clients and cross-agency counterparts across media planning, creative, and analytics todefinecampaign goals in measurable terms.

Develop:A robust production process that delivers maximum efficiency and reduces turnaround time with little to no errors.

People: Support the account team in delivering program recommendations to evolve and improve over time, including providing insights into campaign constraints and untapped potential. You'll manage a DCO production team and inspire the development of skillsets.

Technical support: Consult the DCO team and media partners on the technical implementation and setting briefing requirements to drive quality and efficiency.

Technology Enthusiast: You're a strong learner in using technology and tools to improve processes. You like to think of an optimal system architecture to reduce risk of errors and optimize efficiency.
What you'll need:

3 years of experience in working with DCO technology/marketing personalization.

Minimum 5 years of leading a Creative production/Programmatic team.

Working knowledge of display, video, social and DSP partners, and external data or media providers (Google, Flashtalking, Media Math, LiveRamp).

Strongknowledge of dynamic creative production, process, and workflow improvements

Experience with audience targeting, performance optimization, and AB testing.

Minimum of 3 years of front-end development (HTML5/CSS/JS) experience.
