Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead CRM and CDP initiatives in a full time role servicing one of the agency's largest accounts, in the government sector. You will play a crucial role in contributing to cross-channel insights, optimizing marketing efforts, and elevating overall data-driven decision-making within the organization. A successful candidate will be able to navigate between people, processes and systems, manage diverse stakeholder expectations, and make strategic choices that drive impactful outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Utilize market, business, and user insights to prioritize opportunities and build consensus on the strategic roadmap.
- Develop and maintain key Product Management artifacts (Vision, OKRs, Roadmap, Requirement Documentation etc.) communicating value, effort, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops to align on business and product goals, solution concepts, and features.
- Lead tactical work, including story mapping, defining requirements, and prioritizing the backlog.
- Collaborate iteratively with clients and internal cross-functional teams, guiding them through the product development process.
- Partner with other Product Managers and CX/UX experts to share insights across the portfolio.

- Thoroughly communicates product direction, prioritization, and progress with stakeholders tailoring communication to resonate across various departments and audiences.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience on an agile team, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
- Understanding of enterprise-scale data management and governance.
- Expertise in Marketing Technology, with a demonstrated track record in delivering CRM products, especially direct mail and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in User Journey Mapping and 3rd party management.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with product management tools like Productboard, Confluence, and Jira.
- Bonus: Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), government projects, data compliance, or identity management.
