Associate Scientists (Philadelphia, PA) – Research, develop, and analyze gene therapy projects and feasibility for viral vector production (AAV/Lentivirus) using Transfections, Real-Time Quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR), Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR); Perform scale up and tech transfer of clinical and commercial manufacturing process using Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE); Perform mammalian cell culture using Western Blotting, Fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC); Perform DNA/RNA processing, genomics, gene prediction, and small molecules expression experiments; Perform experiment using DNA/RNA Extraction; Develop, optimize, and implement bioprocessing production and laboratory SOPs and laboratory equipment maintenance protocols.

Qualifications
Require Master’s degree in Biological Science, Biology, or Molecular and Cellular Biology plus skills and knowledge in Transfections, Mammalian Cell Culture, RT-qPCR, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, DNA/RNA Extraction.
