What are the responsibilities and job description for the OSINT Account Manager position at WWC Global?
WWC Global is seeking an OSINT Account Manager to provide technical support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Open-Source Integration Center’s (OSIC) office in the management of managed attribution capabilities, the development of metrics and reporting, and staff support to the numerous committees run by OSIC. This position requires on-demand strategic and tactical guidance on OSINT operations critical to defense intelligence agencies, services, intelligence centers, and Combatant Commands (COCOMS).
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Ability to conduct account management and oversight.
· Support the maintenance of OSIC strategic guidelines and policies ensuring compliant use of User Agreements for competencies.
· Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reference material, communications, and process workflows.
· Provide data-driven support to senior-level recommendations and briefs to DIE leadership.
· Assist in the development of automated capabilities.
· Provide administrative and knowledge management support to OSIC leadership.
· Identify, capture, track, assist and execute the establishment of new capabilities, training, data and subscription requirements while working with internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist in the vetting, validation, design and testing process of all OSIC capabilities and requirements.
· Assist in the development, deployment and security approval of all OSIC managed attribution capabilities and services.
· Serve as a help desk representative ensuring technical issues are resolved and questions are answered for customers within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
· Development of metric dashboards to aggregate and display data.
· Ability to identify gaps and improve processes.
Manage enterprise representatives ensuring policies and processes are being utilized for their user base.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
