What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Wyatt Law Corporation?
Basic Responsibilities:
Send legally formatted correspondence
Provide high-volume legal assistance to attorneys
Order and review medical records and medical bills
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and demand letters
Prepare legal documents
Communicate with the Court and other attorneys
Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
Prepare Med Summaries and Billing logs.
Regular contact with the clients who's case you are assigned to get updates on treatment and status.
Update clients regarding progress of the case and update the file with the client's progress and treatment status
Perform legal research where applicable
Additional duties as needed by the department
Basic Skills include:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Resourceful and proactive in dealing with internal and external issues
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure
Ability to negotiate and problem solve
Time management and attention to detail is key.
Work well in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
