Job Posting for Evening Front Desk Agent at Wychmere Beach Club
Position starting June of 2024
The Front Desk Agent (seasonal, evening position) is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making connections with all of our Guests. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcoming Guests and accurately verifying all information during the check-in
Maintain complete knowledge of: all hotel features, services and hours of operation; all room types, numbers, layout, décor, and location; all room rates, and promotions; daily house count and expected arrivals/departures; room availability for any given day
Ensure that workstation remains neat and organized
Answer department telephone within three rings, using appropriate telephone etiquette.
Promote positive Guest relations to all individuals approaching the front desk and handle Guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Accommodate all requests for information in a professional manner.
Complete daily shift checklists.
Process all Guest check-ins and checkouts
Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with Guests or fellow employees
Ability to correctly take and enter a room reservation and correctly complete all steps related to the reservation
This is an evening shift position - 3 nights (Sun, Mon, & Thurs) a week from approximately 4:30 pm to midnight.
