What You’ll Do

 

Wyffels Hybrids invites you join our family as the Talent Acquisition Specialist, building and implementing a centralized, professional recruiting function to ensure the organization attracts exceptionally qualified candidates. You will report directly to the Manager of Talent and will play a key role in executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.

Job Description Highlights

 

  • Creates and implements an effective, centralized end-to-end recruiting process and supporting tools.
  • Partners with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and goals. 
  • Facilitates the full hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring recommendations, and onboarding.
  • Provides training on hiring process, interviewing best practices and other topics related to hiring top talent.

 

  • Assists in the development of employer brand strategy for recruitment.
  • Incorporates employer brand in recruitment processes, onboarding program, and recruitment platforms, i.e. career page, recruiting sites, social media, etc.
  • Creates a new employee onboarding process designed to engage and educate employees joining the organization.
  • Partners with HR and leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive internship program.
  • Oversees internship program; coordinates with department leaders to ensure goals of the program are met. 
  • Builds and maintains strong and positive relationships with external partners, schools, and recruitment platforms.
  • Analyzes recruitment data; creates and maintains reports to measure effectiveness of recruitment activities.
  • Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.

 

 


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition; proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes, proficiency in applicant tracking software, understanding of employment law, EEO, and ADA,
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor market; understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in agriculture industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and trends, and labor market.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and network.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to improve recruitment efforts.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline.
