The In-House Marketing Agent is responsible for greeting and qualifying guests in person at resort check-in, and booking them for resort tour presentations and owner updates. Marketing Agents must learn and execute a sales presentation as provided by management and must meet and exceed job performance and production standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for booking owners and guests staying on property both by face to face and by phone, offering them an opportunity to learn more about the ownership experience or for an owner update with one of our member services employees.
- Welcome guests warmly to the resort and provide them with brief information about the resort, resort activities and services, and activities in the surrounding area.
- Must maintain above budget penetration rate of assigned guests and ensure that overall penetration of the site is about budgeted percentage.
- Resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, coding, etc.
- Coordinate with sales regarding new changes in marketing programs and policies
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other related functions as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience required
- Experience in quota-driven work environment preferred
- Must be highly competitive and driven to succeed
- Must have experience overcoming objections
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.); Bachelor’s degree preferred
