  • Seeking an experienced, motivated, customer service oriented Front Office Manager / Guest Services for Wyndham Resort & Convention Center Lancaster, PA.Job Duties
  • Managing all Front Office operations including but not limited to guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, policy and procedure implementation, product quality and overall profitability
  • Ensure compliance with Wyndham standards
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • FOM Respond to guest requests, inquiries and issues in a timely and friendly manner
  • Confirm all management directions and guest special requests or needs are noted in the Property Management System for action by the appropriate hotel department prior to arrival
  • Ensure employees have current knowledge of hotel systems, facilities, pricing and policies, and possess knowledge of the local area and events
  • Other duties as directed by Supervisor ,AGM, GM or Management Company

Job Requirements * Three years Front Office Manager experience, Wyndham Hotel experience preferred.

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Outstanding customer service and leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule; must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work well without supervision, and to organize and track multiple projects with large amounts of detail necessary
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well in pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS, Micros POS ,Microsoft Word and Excel,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,900.00 - $46,900.00 per hour
