Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the owner to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and promotion.
- Ensure efficient staffing and training to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Expected to work 40-50 hours per week, with some weeks and events requiring additional hours. The Job can be done in 40 hours per week if you manage your team and your time.
