The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Body Shop Manager located at Wyoming Valley Collision Center, the Automotive Body Shop Manager manages the daily activities of all body shop staff and for the hiring, training, and development of all body shop personnel.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, direct and administer all aspects of production workflow
- Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching, and mentoring
- Help to create goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business
- Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the factory representatives, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy
- Address customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager- required
- Proven track record of team building- required
- Ability to attract, recruit, develop and retain a successful team- required
- Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations- preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills- required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills- required
- Ability to network within the community and promote opportunities- strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of computers- required
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy- required
