Seeking a Head Golf Instructor to lead direction on X-Golf Richmond’s lesson and club fitting executions.

Experience Required

• Demonstrated leadership including experience coaching and developing direct reports.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Teaching Professional.
• Proven record of providing superior member/guest service.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• Sales experience preferred

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Management of all day to day golf lessons at the facility. Golf lesson sales, teaching and development, as well as involvement in year-round golf leagues. Management and collaboration regarding the golf facility for club fitting and retail club sales. Developing loyalty for lessons/training and simulator use.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Development and management of lessons, academies/clinics and group training events.
• Collaborates with management for camps for all age groups and special events/parties.
• Collaborates on Golf Shop merchandise inventory in relation to club fitting. Implements special order programs including custom club fitting and demo days.
• Ability to build loyal clients through proven results.
• Selling techniques – master of the up sell with lesson packages, club fitting and training sales

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
