· overall, 4 years (including 1 years’ experience in calling)
· perform inbound calls from customer requesting or inquiring military benefits, updates to a customer’s pending/completed request for military benefits, and SCRA/MLA protections.
· perform research on client applications/systems to evaluate status of pending requests
· educate customer on any required actions/documentation which are pending to apply benefit based on available information in customer systems.
· follow escalation process/capture complaints as indicated in the standard operating procedures.
