The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing all crucial aspects of the X3 Sports marketing strategy, including the development and implementation of programs to attract prospective members and retain existing ones. A successful Marketing Manager is a skilled project manager, a creative and effective communicator, and takes a sales-minded approach to marketing. The Marketing Manager works closely with club management and the leadership team to assess company needs and ensure the achievement of company goals. In all tasks, strives to promote and uphold brand guidelines, while developing relationships with staff, members, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the leadership team to develop, understand, and execute the organization’s marketing strategy, particularly as it relates to lead generation, brand recognition, and customer retention.
Promote and uphold the X3 Sports Brand Guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing mediums.
Oversees marketing department and coordinates with external marketing vendors/agencies to ensure projects and initiatives are executed satisfactorily, including PPC, SEO, social media, website development, blogs, email marketing automation, and other marketing collateral, such as print.
Generate leads through brand awareness, local buzz, ads, events, social media, and grassroots marketing.
Administer guidance and support to clubs in regards to events, marketing collateral, and special projects.
Coordinate new B2B partnerships, promote partners and maintain existing relationships within the X3 Plus program.
Lead efforts to develop new content for the website and social media, such as videos, testimonials, and blogs.
Develop revenue-generating campaigns in conjunction with the leadership team and club management.
Analyze resulting metrics to continually improve the sales and marketing strategy.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor research, emerging markets, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; or, 6 years of marketing management experience.
Job Expectations: Ability to execute the organization’s marketing strategy.
