Requirements:
  • Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL
(required);
  • IT work experience (3-5 years);
  • Experience managing successful, large-scale projects that include
multiple diverse teams (5 years);
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects
(5 years);
  • Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans based
on work breakdown structures (5 years);

  • Experience with PMO methodologies and documentation (5
years);
  • Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation (5 years);
  • Experience creating and presenting internal and external status
reports (5 years);
  • Experience with Risk and Issue Management (5 years);
  • Leadership experience;
  • Experience with Azure cloud;
  • Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with
Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code (preferred);
  • Experience with state government projects (preferred);
  • Experience using Offender Based Information System (OBIS)
(preferred);
  • Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment
(preferred);
  • Experience managing large projects for a government agency
(preferred);
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred);
  • Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management
(preferred);
  • ITIL Service Management Foundations Certified (preferred);
  • Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in
Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or four
(4) years of equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop and manage resource-loaded and leveled project plans;
  • Serve as a liaison with users;
  • Provide project progress reports to internal and external
stakeholders as well as executive leadership;
  • Manage resources for associated projects;
  • Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with PMO standards and
other documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with
Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code;
  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders and IT software
developers to document business requirements;
  • Develop As-Is, To-Be, and other required business analysis
documentation;
