As a GEOINT Collections Manager, you will provide guidance on GEOINT capabilities and strategies, ensuring alignment with mission objectives. You will oversee the integration of enterprise plans, policies, and standards for optimal GEOINT operations. Your efforts will ensure the most effective use of resources, enhancing decision-making at the highest levels and significantly contributing to national security. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Intelligence Community has the information it needs to be mission successful. Your work involves a complex process of understanding, advising, leading, integrating, managing, collecting, processing, and supporting operations which contribute directly to national security and mission success. Supporting time-dominant operations involves utilizing GEOINT, Multi-INT, and Multi-Source strategies to perform and manage collection activities. Your deep foundational understanding of GEOINT, including tools, techniques, and data sources, is crucial for planning and executing missions effectively. You will integrate enterprise plans, policies, programs, architectures, and standards for optimal management of GEOINT planning, collection, operations, analysis, production, and dissemination for the utmost quality and timeliness of intelligence.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- High School Diploma 3 years of experience
- GIMS account management experience
- Ability to produce GEOINT products to NGA Standards and quality
- Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team-member
- Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both written and verbal
- Demonstrate familiarity in functional mission areas and key intelligence issues
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of Activities Based Intelligence (ABI) and application of ABI methodologies
- Pervious experience utilizing GEOINT analytical databases and reporting tools
- Pervious experience performing first phase GEOINT work
- Pervious experience with collection capabilities and methods
