Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly energetic, committed, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. This role requires a leader who is not only skilled in managing the daily operations of a retail environment but is also a motivational team player capable of coaching and inspiring a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:      

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.      

• Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and ensure store profitability.      • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.     

• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.      

• Analyze sales data and reports to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.     

• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide coaching and training to improve staff performance.      

• Handle staffing issues, including scheduling staff to ensure coverage during weekends and holidays.      

• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.      

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:      

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar supervisory role.      

• Strong understanding of sales management, customer service principles, and retail operations.      

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.      

• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.      

• High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure.     

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.      

• Coachable with a willingness to develop and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
