Contact Center Tech Lead / developer
Do independent development on Genesys with knowledge of Java as a plus

• drive delivery teams of developers to achieve project delivery
• Lead also work as application owner for Contact Center applications
• work with stakeholders from QA and Business teams to discuss requirements and improve them to be deliverables
• work as lead to follow all SDLC and release manager processes and make team members to follow same processes
