About the role: Design Researchers at Xero work with a wide range of product teams, using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods approaches to better understand our users. This is a highly collaborative role with opportunities to work alongside other Design Researchers as well as product teams. Our Design Researchers are specialists in research, but there is ample opportunity to influence design decisions throughout the product cycle using both evaluative and generative approaches.   About the team: We are a growing Design Research practice within Xero’s global Design team. Over 30 researchers collaborate across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA and the UK. When the team aren’t helping product teams they are working on creative initiatives to drive the practice forward and getting together to share our skills and experiences.
