What’s the role?
You will be managing System Analysts and Consultants that work with one or more business teams, driving a culture of professional development, performance and open communication. You will be responsible for supporting your direct reports in becoming awesome Xeros, empowering them to deliver high-quality solutions, to hone their analysis and consulting skills, and foster the growth of a global corporate organisation.
You’ll also work alongside Product Management and fellow People Leads to drive automation and scaling initiatives that enable the success of the Enterprise as a whole. Your role can be summarised by ‘you do what is needed for your reports to be successful in their teams, and for their customers’.
Our People and Finance Systems team work with a range of best-of-breed Cloud products to deliver functional and elegant business solutions. We work closely with the Corporate Business Teams at Xero to plan and deliver the automation and scalability that supports Xero’s growth globally.
