How you’ll make an impact
The Reward Partner - Mobility plays an important role in ensuring that our People Experience (PX) team, Talent Experience (TX) team and People Leaders are supported to make robust, data led remuneration decisions.
What you’ll do
Remuneration strategy and policy:
● Support on-going development of remuneration strategy and policies
Subject matter expertise and advice:
● Support PX and TX teams in day to day remuneration issues
● Advise people leaders on interpretation and application of remuneration structures
● Be a first point of contact for any remuneration queries
● Take responsibility for remuneration approvals within Lever and Workday
Job sizing and benchmarking:
● Benchmark roles using consistent and systematic approach
● Update and evolve the compensation structure
● Complete analysis and reporting to support decision making
Salary review and incentive payments:
● Manage the Annual Salary Review (ASR) process as part of the wider team
● Manage the Interim Salary Review (ISR) process as part of the wider team
● Support the management of Short Term Incentive (STI) plans
Rewards projects:
● Contribute to reward projects as required
Rewards programmes:
● Manage the day to day aspects of rewards programmes, ensuring they are kept up to date
Gender pay equity:
● Undertake gender pay equity analysis and continually evolve our approach
Data submission and vendor management:
● Complete data submissions to ensure we meet our data-in requirements
● Participate in ad-hoc surveys as and when required
Benefits:
● Help support and coordinate benefits activities globally with a particular focus on NA and EMEA
Mobility
● Act as the primary contact for mobility within the Reward team
● Work with stakeholders including immigration advisers to ensure applications and sponsorship requests are fulfilled
\n- Success in geographically and culturally diverse environments
- Strong knowledge of worldwide remuneration and benefits regulations and market trends;
- Mathematical aptitude and exceptional analytical skills - this person needs to be a spreadsheet genius
- The humility to be the person doing the work at-hand, the confidence to represent your work to executives and the intestinal fortitude to stand your ground if you know you are right
- Enjoyment of a dynamic, frequently changing environment
- Undergraduate degree preferably in Human Resources, Management or similar
- Significant remuneration experience, ideally in a global environment (at least 3 years’ remuneration and 5 years’ human resources)
- Experience in a consulting environment is advantageous
- Experience managing multiple global stakeholders at senior levels
- Project management and excellent communication skills
- Strong background in HCM systems (Workday an advantage)
