Summary:
This position is based out of our state of the art Toner Manufacturing Plant. The roles works hands on in a manufacturing environment handling raw materials, process monitoring and overseeing all areas of the plant in a team based environment.

Pay Rate:
Starting payrate will exceed $51,000 annually
Earning potential includes hourly rate plus over-time and differentials on 12-hour rotational shift

Responsibilities:
Ensure raw materials are manufactured into high quality toner through our innovative process working on premier equipment only found at our ISO 14001 certified plant
Operate aqueous based chemical process equipment
Control room and hands on process monitoring (both hands on in addition to control room centric operation)
Material handling equipment operation
Conduct basic analytical and lab characterization procedures such as pH, conductivity, particle shape and morphology determination, solids/moisture content, etc
Changeovers of large process equipment
Collect and report process data using Statistical Process Control Tools
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associates Degree or bachelor's degree - Chemistry/Science related strongly preferred
Satisfactory Aptitude test performance, demonstrating measurement, safety, and basic chemistry knowledge
Manufacturing or lab experience with chemical materials/chemical processing is a plus
Preferred experience in Quality and Six Sigma tools (including Statistical Process Control and Lean Methodology)
