Our client is currently seeking a direct-hire Corporate Recruiter in Tampa, FL or Remote, VA to join their People Operations (HR) team. This is a great opportunity for an applicant who has a passion for talent acquisition and strategic recruiting. As the organization continues to grow and scale operations this role will be a critical piece of strategic growth and development.
Description
- Actively sources online, in the community and other settings, to initiate contact with possible qualified candidates to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for all professional and leadership positions.
- Ensures that hiring managers are informed of any updates to a candidates’ status, maintains the candidate pipeline data for assigned positions, and ensures that the Human Resources Information System is updated immediately as changes or communication occurs.
- Assists with other projects or responsibilities within the Human Resources department as needed.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
- Makes formal job offers to internal and external candidates for all professional and leadership level positions in accordance with The Company’s Policies and Procedures and compensation program. Consults with and seeks guidance from People Operations leadership for clarification and approval. Ensures all pre- and post-placement requirements are met.
