Compensation: $30 - $44 an hour based on experience with OT and bonus potential!
Sign On Bonus: Up to $5,000 paid out after 90 days of successful employment.

Job Responsibilities
- Wiring of commercial and industrial HVAC units
- Troubleshooting wiring or piping issues
- Piping/brazing
- Managing inventory and suppliers
- Organizing workload based on schedule
- Communicating progress and issues effectively
- Final testing and documentation of HVAC units
- Associate Degree in HVAC required
- 5 years of Commercial Service HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Ability to read wiring and piping diagrams
- Background in HVAC controls, DDC, or BAS
- Brazing and piping experience
- Hands-on experience with start-up of Commercial HVAC units
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel up to 10% for startup and service work
