The Team You’ll Join
You will be joining the Rebate team, which is a multi-disciplined highly functioning team focused on delivering an industry leading end to end automated pharmaceutical rebate solution. The work we do enables Xevant to provide value to customers and implement internal process improvements for greater scalability and optimizing rebate efficiency. You will be collaborating across departments to tackle the most important challenges, in a fast-paced environment.
Your Background, Perspective, and Experience
- 1-3 years analytical and technical experience in a PBM or Healthcare environment. (Rebate experience is a PLUS)
- Prior experience with data gathering / transformation / automation.
- Technical proficiency and understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake/AWS).
- Demonstrable experience translating data into clear and meaningful reports/insights.(ad-hoc & standardized)
- Experience providing reporting on a regular delivery schedule.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to communicate complex concepts/ideas, written and spoken.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Highly organized, self starter, problem solver, remote work experience.
- Desire to learn - PBM Reporting, Advanced Querying, Creating Algorithms, Health Care Econometrics, Underwriting, Contracting, Rebate Submissions, Rebate Allocations / Finance.
