Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Architectural CAD Designer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural models and renderings that bring our conceptual designs to life. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with technical expertise to contribute to the development of compelling, functional architectural spaces.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed architectural models based on initial sketches and concepts.

· Produce high-quality renderings that accurately depict the design intent for client presentations and marketing materials.

· Collaborate with architects and design teams to refine architectural designs and ensure that drawings and models meet quality and technical standards.

· Manage multiple modeling and rendering projects, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.

· Utilize CAD software proficiently to create spatial designs and detailed plans.

· Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and architectural trends to enhance project outputs and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field.

· Proven experience with architectural modeling and rendering, with a strong portfolio of previous work.

· Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar, Unreal Engine(prefer)

· Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.

· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree preferred.

· Five years of relevant experience preferred.

· Active board licensure required.
