Who are we looking for?
At XiFin, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our relationship between sales and marketing. To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly motivated marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.
The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously, receive direction from multiple team members, prioritize project workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
This is an 8-week program beginning October 4, 2023, and ending December 1, 2023. This will be a part-time (up to 29 hours/week maximum with the potential to go full-time in the future).
What does this position pay?
The hourly compensation for this role is $20.00.
What will you do?
- Assist marketing team members in generating, distributing, and optimizing content for consumption in print and online (search engine optimization).
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure project tasks are completed and updated in project management software app (Teamwork).
- Maintain marketing budgets, forecasts, and expenses, and update project management tasks and calendars.
- Coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows including communications, inventory tracking, shipping, budgets, etc.
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials and replenish printed collateral when necessary.
- Track departmental budgets, purchase orders and help reconcile submissions and approvals.

What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- Currently actively enrolled in a BA/BS in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Business Administration
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management software apps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
