Our company is searching for an experienced and talented individual to serve as Vice President of Operations/Field Support. The right candidate has a history of exceptional industry forecasting and successful budget management that can determine ways to increase company efficiency. You will regularly analyze company operations for problems, encourage staff to increase productivity, and provide support to managers when they have particular concerns about work processes, supplies, or staff. When necessary, you will also oversee employee hiring, and terminations. As a vice president of field support, your duties and responsibilities are to plan, implement, and oversee technical or engineering strategies, procedures, and goals for the organization. You are responsible for ensuring that the daily and long-term operations of the Operations and Engineering departments are smooth. You collaborate with other executives on the promotion of growth within the company, the development of innovative processes or project standards, and technical training for employees.
