Sales Representative

XLR Industries has been built around the principles of customer service, product knowledge, and leading product innovation. We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable sales representative to continue our growth and continue to execute our vision.

Job Description:

As an XLR Sales Representative, your responsibilities include in-depth product knowledge of XLR products and end-use products to properly assist direct consumer customer service. You will need to be self-motivated to develop and grow this knowledge as the industry advances.

You will work from both an individual and team effort in a fast-paced environment with the constant evolution of product lines, sales tactics, and industry trends. If you like being challenged and helping a small business develop and grow, we want you!

Job Duties:

- Manage direct to consumer sales.

o Phone calls with customers answering questions on products, placing orders over the phone, updating orders, and lead times.

o Transferring daily sales orders from the online store to in-house POS.

o Issuing lead times for online orders.

o Bringing orders into the shop to the designated locations.

- Knowing pricing, product specs, and current lead times to quickly relay to customers.

- Keeping up to date with industry trends.

- Managing Social Media platforms.

- Managing Forums

- Willing to help around the shop and office. Cleaning and filling in when short-staffed.

Skills & Qualifications:

****Modern bolt action firearm experience required****

- Customer service experience.

- Firearm experience and interest in long-range precision shooting.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Independent and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
