Strategy
- Develop the strategic framework and execution model to scale a global customer acquisition program that contributes in a meaningful way to the company’s growth targets.
- Develop key objectives and KPIs, and provide active project management and ongoing monitoring to ensure the delivery of strategic objectives and partner’s expectations
Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to negotiate, launch, and activate partnerships.
- Develop and lead pitch presentations to secure partners in a customer-facing approach that include member benefits through events and unique access and creates paths to drive new member acquisition.
- Deftly navigate the intricacies of working cross-functionally with many different teams and senior leaders in a fast-paced environment where the ability to influence and build relationships is critical.
Management
- Lead and coach a global team to achieve the team’s objectives.
- Secure resourcing and support to enable your team’s success.

Supervisory responsibilities
This position will have direct reports including US events and international events and partnerships.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 years of experience in business development, corporate development, marketing, or strategy preferably at top tech/internet companies.
- Proven facilitation and communication skills to nurture relationships with cross-functional and cross-border teams
- Proven track record of growing and scaling customer acquisition programs globally
- Strong in business insight and structured thinking
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Technical knowledge and expertise in building effective corporate partnerships (i.e. contracting, deal points, evaluation, etc.)
- Ability to navigate the intricacies of working cross-functionally with many different teams and senior leaders in a fast-paced environment where the ability to influence and build relationships is critical.
