Manager, Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards

Total Rewards
· Collaborate with Xometry leadership to ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive and meet business needs.
· Identify, recommend, plan and implement new or modified benefits programs and employee rewards that are aligned with supporting the company strategy and culture.
· Projects may include annual merit and bonus processes, global pay range and geographic differential pay review, benefits harmonization initiatives, and compensation and benefit tool selection/development/implementation.
· Payroll
· Verifies payroll data regarding employee life cycle including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay-rate changes and terminations
· Reviews all incentive payments on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, ensuring that all required approvals have been obtained
· Maintains accurate documentation of payroll and benefits processes and procedures
Benefits Administration
· Coordinates with insurance brokers as appropriate to research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value.
· Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
· Documents and maintains administrative procedures for benefits processes and procedures.
· Ensures daily administration of 401k plan, health, and disability plans, leave of absence, and PTO.
· Liaison for 401k plan audit, Workers Compensation audit, and annual 5500 filling
· Oversees ongoing benefits communication and drives benefit related events (ex. open enrollment, health fairs, employee wellness)
· Performs reconciliations including but not limited to: benefit invoices, 401k and PTO liability to assist Accounting with reconciling variances and/or fluctuations to the general ledger
Compliance
· Performs quarterly audits of PTO balances, including confirmations from managers of payroll and timekeeping system balances for their employees
· Ensures payroll and benefit plans are compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws
· Completes quarterly benefit audits on all health and welfare plans
· Responsible for year-end adjustments and W-2 processing and balancing
· Keeps management well-informed of current activities and significant issues
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Analytical and goal-oriented
· Experience as administrator for an enterprise HR & payroll system (i.e. ADP, Paylocity, Namely)
· Thorough knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax legislation preferred
· Applicable experience with high growth entrepreneurial companies
· BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
