In this fast-paced agency-style role, the Paid Search Analyst works as the paid traffic generation expert for manufacturing businesses both large and small. Through our partnerships with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Optmyzr, Hubspot®, and tracking with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools, we’ll look to the Paid Analyst’s analytical skills to drive success for our customers’ SEM programs. This role works with a team of over 60 marketing experts who specialize in search marketing, lead generation, design and development. With these team members, Paid Search Analysts ideate, create and execute paid search strategies for our B2B customers in the industrial space. What you'll be doing as our Paid Search Analyst: Analyzing Google Adwords campaigns and reporting strategic ideas and data performance via emails and monthly calls Build, optimize, and analyze paid search campaigns to drive key performance metrics Actively manage client paid search campaigns, utilizing best practices to identify opportunities for bidding and conversions Provide recommendations and execute strategies for all campaign components, including keyword research, ad copy development, bidding optimization, ad schedule optimization, device and location adjustments, negative keyword list development, A/B ad testing, budget, and more in accordance with client goals Audit existing Google Adwords accounts, identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns Monitor and administer reports, web analytics dashboards, and key reporting tools, and optimize key areas of importance Communicate paid search strategy/recommendations and report on paid campaign performance to internal team members, Account Managers/Directors, and clients Monitor clients’ pay-per-click accounts and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks that will improve the KPIs of the account Stay up-to-date on the latest SEM industry trends and news What you bring to our team: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in paid search Deep knowledge and understanding of the most up-to-date paid search best practices Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Experience managing PPC accounts with proven results, preferably for medium and large businesses Working knowledge of creating and implementing Google Ads conversion goals  Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills. Self-starter approach to work, and is eager to take on additional responsibility Some experience working directly with customers Some nice-to-have experience: B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing industry knowledge Client-facing experience Agency experience  Proficiency with managing scripts through third-party software a strong plus (Adobe, Optmyzr, Kenshoo, etc) Knowledge of Keyword Planner, Ahrefs and/or SEMrush is advantageous Knowledge of SEO is a strong plus, but not required Paid Amazon ads, social media ads, and managing a shopping feed are strong positives If this job isn’t for you but you have a friend who may be a perfect fit - share this job with them!
