Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $38.00/hour-$40.00/hour.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst with experience in AI-related projects to
join our team. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working with large
amounts of telemetry data, able to generate meaningful insights, and has a keen
understanding of Customer Success perspectives. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in dashboard development, data integration, and analytics tools,
and will be capable of applying AI methodologies to our processes.
This position is based in our Plano, Texas office, with the expectation to be in office 3 - 4
days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing and interpreting complex telemetry data to generate meaningful
insights that provide visibility into the CS team's progress.
Applying knowledge of AI principles to enhance analytics processes and derive
success criteria necessary to meet our goals.
Developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Gainsight, Google Sheets,
and other analytic tools for executive level, mid-managers, and individual
contributors.
Extensively using Gainsight, including Looker studio, to integrate data from
various sources like SFDC, Support Portal, Support Cases, JIRA tool, etc., to drive
insights and decision-making.
Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to gather data requirements
and translate these requirements into effective analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information
Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, with
experience working on AI-related projects.
Strong experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases
(SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing
large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
Extensive experience in using Gainsight, Tableau, Google Sheets, and other
related analytic tools.
Familiarity with AI methodologies and how to apply them in a practical business
setting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and
disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy.
Certifications like Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Microsoft
Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst
Associate, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), SAS Certified Data Scientist,
Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Cloudera Certified Data Analyst, Google
Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), IBM Data Science Professional Certificate,
any AI certifications
Experience working with Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras,
Jupyter Notebook, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google
Sheets, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, RapidMiner,
KNIME, Weka, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Google Analytics, BigQuery,
