Job Description

• Be a team member for the RMA group, execute the returns process.
• Manage the receiving and shipping of the returned material.
• Communicate with internal customers, collecting information on reasons for returns as needed.
• Contribute to electronic data collection process and update as needed to be able to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with cross-functional team, do on time transactions so to have a smooth and continuous process flow.
• Work with all stakeholders to resolve bottleneck process, timely, to meet or exceed process timeline.
• Analyze data and present information to stakeholders for the quantity movements, failure root cause, set direction for process / product improvement.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing and product handling. 
• Minimum of a high school education 2-year college education, preferably in engineering. 
• Must understand warranty and non-warranty repair process. 
• Understanding of international and domestic shipping methods would be a plus.
