Job Description
TrueCoach is one of our fastest-growing products at an important point in its trajectory. We are looking for a product manager to set the product direction for maintaining that growth in years to come.
A successful Product Manager leads and owns the product strategy, product process, and final product decision-making for an Xplor brand. You are ultimately responsible for the successful product discovery, execution, delivery, and marketing for their brand. This includes establishing and owning a clear product strategy and supporting roadmaps that are well understood by the product team and the broader organization. Leading with a commercial mindset, we expect this role to be acutely aware of the metrics their product team is aiming to influence and how those metrics support the broader Xplor business. To understand their customers better, there is an expectation to have established and maintain key relationships with multiple clients and regularly engage them to understand how their product is impacting their business.
A successful Product Manager has direct reports and is ultimately responsible for developing the skillset and careers for all product team members at their brand. This position is responsible for setting the standard for product delivery at their brand and ensuring that standard is met.
Qualifications
Ownership of product roadmap and driving overall product strategy based on business inputs and goals.
Measurement and reporting of product initiatives and how it is translating to business success.
Engage sales, marketing, and customer support to capture customer feedback and to ensure feedback are aligned into overall product strategy
Mentor and manage product colleagues and drive development of their key skillsets and progression of Product Team members.
Measuring usage and client satisfaction with the product overall and helping the marketing and sales team with product strengths and differentiators.
Review and Approve product requirements and provide guidance to product owners and designers ensuring design standards are being met.
Engage in key potential client demo helping with a detailed product demo, RoadMap strategy, and detailed vendor questions which need assistance.
Own key product customer-facing demos and sales and marketing initiatives with your deep product knowledge
Identify and eliminate low value work undertaken by their agile team
Ensuring product, design, research, and development are working efficiently to satisfy product strategy
