What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead communication and contact on matters pertaining to the company car program service
- Support members of the equipment administration team, operations personnel, and fleet maintenance department
- Resolve issues and recommend solutions related to maintenance issues and vehicle assignments
- Monitor database and track company car assignments
- Confirm accuracy of database and generate monthly reports
- Confirm accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely
- Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed
- Perform other job related duties asasigned
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
- 1 year of experience in maintenance, logistics, operations management or a related field
