XRHealth is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team.

Your mission:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and more.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives and ensure timely distribution of financial reports.
• Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Analyze business units, portfolio segments, and territories.
• Publish monthly financial statements and manage regulatory reporting.
• Research and address technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure quality control in financial transactions and reporting.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
• Contribute strategic financial insights to shape business unit plans and lead decision-making.
• Skillfully gather, manage, and analyze diverse data sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform additional controller duties as needed.

You would be a great fit if you have/are:

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller (CPA required)
• Strong project management skills.
• 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Expertise in NetSuite system
• Expertise in financial modeling and reporting
• Healthcare expertise and startup experience are preferred but not required
