Senior Product Strategist

Overview: xScion is seeking a qualified Product Strategist to lead the entire project lifecycle, from concept to execution.  You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure product compliance.  You will leverage your business expertise, analytical skills, and leadership experience in an Agile environment to drive innovation.

Location: Remote (United States)

As a Product Strategist, You Will:

• Manage the complete product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution of products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish precise requirements, encompassing functional and non-functional aspects.
• Work across teams to address issues, align multiple timelines, reconcile capabilities, and develop cohesive roadmaps.
• Act as the point of escalation to resolve product issues and risk while serving as the subject matter expert for programs.
• Be responsible for ensuring compliance with FRS and Bank regulations, including upholding information security standards and industry best practices.
• Create resource plans and determine staffing assignments.
• Serve as a focal point for addressing conflicts, risks, issues, and action items raised by the project team, stakeholders, or senior management.
• Lead and empower your team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

To Be Successful, You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of experience as a Product Strategist or similar role
• Familiarity with payment industry standards, infrastructure, protocols, and regulatory landscape, mainly focusing on faster payments.
• Experience with payment settlement processes and systems.
• Knowledge and comprehension of cloud-native technologies
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret data and execute product strategy in the complex payments industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within an Agile environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills
• US citizenship is required for this position.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a lead or supervisor role
