Commercial and Airbnb Cleaner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial and Airbnb Cleaner. This role involves ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in both commercial spaces and Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning Commercial Spaces:

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial buildings, including offices, restaurants, retail spaces, etc.

Dusting and wiping down surfaces such as desks, countertops, and windowsills.

Vacuuming and mopping floors.

Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed.

Emptying trash and recycling bins.

Airbnb Property Cleaning:

Prepare Airbnb properties for guest arrivals by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all rooms.

Change bed linens and replace towels according to established guidelines.

Ensure that kitchen and bathroom amenities are stocked and in good condition.

Conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly.

Communication:

Maintain clear and open communication with supervisors, team mates, and clients.

Respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns from property owners or guests.

Follow instructions and guidelines provided by management regarding cleaning procedures and schedules.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:

Follow all health and safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately.

Report any safety hazards or incidents to management immediately.

Requirements:

*Must have reliable vehicle along with valid drivers lisence and vehicle insurance.

Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from management.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in cleaning Airbnb or vacation rental properties.

-Certification in cleaning or housekeeping-related fields.

-Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

-Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices.

-Customer service skills and the ability to communicate properly with clients as needed.
