We have over 25 years of combined experience, with an extensive knowledge – servicing a variety of different Industries: Education, Government, Hospitality, Property Management, Manufacturing, and everything in between.

We are here to help and provide consultations to determine each business’s specific cleaning requirements. Offering daily, weekly and monthly scheduled cleaning services.

We are looking for a courteous, self-motivated and friendly individual with an attention to detail. Our_ Office Assistant_ will perform administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Great organization, Time Management and self-motivation.

Responsibilities:

  • EXCELLENT customer service skills required - primarily over phone/email.
  • Pleasant and helpful phone presence and ability to answer questions and upsell.
  • Must be able to be self-motivated and work on your own and unsupervised.
  • Must have excellent multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to prioritize.
  • Must be assertive, responsible and EXTREMELY organized.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and learn quickly

Answering phone calls, processing work orders, assist in scheduling, verifying employee hours and locations and maintaining work calendar and site maps.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Microsoft Office suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be able to take direction and coordinate with all team members
  • Social Media – some Marketing experience would be helpful
  • QuickBooks – some experience
  • AP/AR/Payroll – light duties – Acting as back up for Operations Manager
