Line Cook

Job Summary:
100 Proof Hospitality is seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and guidelines provided by the kitchen management. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food preparation setting
- Knowledge of dietary department operations is a plus
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
