Duties
· Perform general clerical duties within the Office Clerk job classification.
· Composes routine correspondence regarding agency policies, regulations, and
procedures.
· Dealing directly with the public in both Criminal and Family court.
· Answering phones/greeting the public while practicing good, friendly customer service.
· Screens mail to determine actions required.
· Process routine confidential documents.
· Receives and reviews reports and forms for accuracy and completeness.
· Maintains files.
· Develops and maintains filing systems.
· Performs special projects as assigned.
· Performs related duties as required.
Specialized knowledge
· Considerable knowledge of office systems and procedures.
· Knowledge of unit’s policies and procedures is helpful but not required.
· Ability to schedule and prioritize office workflow.
· Ability to operate computer terminals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
