Position Summary:
Xylem is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to service our customers in the Centennial, CO surrounding areas.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
- Takes care of company property
- Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
- Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
- Direct interfacing with customers
- May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
- Provides coaching
Position Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Industry specific licenses preferred
- Ability to coach and train entry-level technicians
- 2-5 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
- Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices
- Must have customer service experience
- Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
- Ability to operate a company service vehicle safely
- Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen

- Must be able to function in a team environment
- Usually works with minimal supervisor
- Works independently
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more
Pay range: $28.80- $32.00/hourly
Salary : $29 - $32
