What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cross-Functional Agile Coach position at Y Soft?
We are expanding the scope of our Agile transformation. Based on Scrum and the LeSS Framework, we are looking beyond Product development and towards the delivery of cross-functional, business-oriented, value and change. We’d love to bring in experienced talent that will help our cross-functional teams find new ways of working towards the successful delivery of value and change.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- The role is not strictly defined as we are building something new. You will actively shape the mission and agenda of the role and make it your own
- You will be part of the team establishing and continuing to develop the basic principles, processes, roles, and responsibilities
- You will coach the cross-functional, business-oriented teams, helping them improve their agile development with Scrum to deliver value and great customer experiences
- You will facilitate retrospective events with the cross-functional teams
- You will work closely with Y Soft C-level management and other key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT)
- You will help the teams find new ways of cooperation with support business functions such as Finance and HR

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- You have previous Agile Coach experience, ideally with experience beyond Product development towards a wider business perspective
- You love Scrum and understand and appreciate the value of the framework, but you don’t execute it by the book. We expect common sense for identifying and driving change for processes that do not add any value
- You have a strong business focus and actively promote it in the team
- You advocate for an open, trusting, and safe work environment
- You have good social skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, motivation, conflict resolution, and transparency
