Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and track expenses
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee drinks
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Culinary knowledge to ensure quality food production
