Job Posting for Office Manager at Yad Construction
Based in Chicago and growing quickly, YAD Construction company is looking for an eager self-starter for the position of Office Manager in our downtown Oak Park office. You would function as the right-hand to the GC/owner.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication skills (fluent Spanish speaker a plus).
An ability to complete work independently.
Must be detail focused, consistent, adaptive, and highly organized.
An industrious person wanting to experience the back-of-house construction business will succeed within this fast-paced organization.
Schedule: Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm.
Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience and skill level.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Convey any and all Office phone communications.
Daily project status calls.
Invoicing and accounts receivables.
Quickbooks accounting and data entry.
Coordinate and manage client email communications.
Assist in the creation and management of project proposals.
Track and report on project progress - client and subs.
Updating and license renewals.
Updating and maintaining client files.
Updating and maintaining sub files.
