Based in Chicago and growing quickly, YAD Construction company is looking for an eager self-starter for the position of Office Manager in our downtown Oak Park office. You would function as the right-hand to the GC/owner.

Qualifications: 
  • Must have excellent communication skills (fluent Spanish speaker a plus).
  • An ability to complete work independently.
  • Must be detail focused, consistent, adaptive, and highly organized. 
  • An industrious person wanting to experience the back-of-house construction business will succeed within this fast-paced organization.

Schedule: Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm. 

Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience and skill level.

Duties would include but are not limited to:
  • Convey any and all Office phone communications.
  • Daily project status calls.
  • Invoicing and accounts receivables.
  • Quickbooks accounting and data entry.
  • Coordinate and manage client email communications.
  • Assist in the creation and management of project proposals.
  • Track and report on project progress - client and subs.
  • Updating and license renewals.
  • Updating and maintaining client files.
  • Updating and maintaining sub files.
