Position Description
The ERP Support Analyst collaborates with staff and management of various business units and technical resources (internal/external) to lead and assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing support of business systems at Yak Access.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of activities to support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial applications, which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business units.
- Collaborate with end-users and other technical staff to design, develop, implement and continuously improve services and deliverables to meet business needs.
- Contribute to service enhancement projects, including taking projects from request through implementation and release.
- Track and analyze business unit trends in order to make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness by utilizing ERP systems.
- Participate in initiatives for business units and/or serve on project teams, as deemed necessary.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for Infor M3 application errors, change requests, documentation, or troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
- Resolve help desk trouble tickets related to enterprise applications (including Infor M3, B2W Estimate / Track, and custom applications).
Position Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems; to include at least 3-5 years of related IT work experience
- In the absence of secondary education degree, at least 5-8 years of direct IT work experience
- General experience with enterprise software administration
- General experience with ERP applications and modules
- General experience with software development lifecycle & relational database systems
- General experience with software development testing processes
- SQL development experience (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- API development experience (Postman)
- Web development experience (Javascript)
- General experience with computer networks and operating systems
